The Approach - Logo & Brand Design

Progressive tennis league is a small company based in Toronto and run by two seasoned and skilled tennis couches.  I designed the logo and brand that they would use for all there marketing and promotional events.  We started the process by sitting down and going through there business model and story. From there we discussed how they would use the logo, where it would be displayed and what their primary touchpoints were. Posters / T-Shirts / Ribbons / Digital Media

I designed the logo base on similar sports clubs they have come to admire and respect. The new logo design would represent a club status that they could build upon and display their story as a leading tennis school supporting the lives and progress of upcoming tennis participants and potential superstars.  All the other marketing touchpoints would display bold, clean typography that reinforced the messages to there audience, while beautiful photographs with real engaged participants were used to complement and validate social proof of the classes and participants.

Before Brain we were simply a company name. Brian helped build our brand from scratch. From logos, to website design, to creative materials such as posters and brochures. Brian formed Progressive Tennis League as a stand out company in our industry. This brand recognition increased our exposure amongst governing bodies such as Tennis Canada and the Ontario Tennis Association. We were featured in OTA magazine and online media. Progressive Tennis League has become known as PTL through the logo and branding which is a known name across our industry.

We would not be where we are today if it was not for Brian’s creative design to reinforce our companies professional presence. This also in turn as helped us gain clients and grow our company across the GTA. Brian has also helped us build our second brand First Serve Travel that has assisted us in gaining international exposure. We are thankful to have the opportunity to work with such a committed and reliable individual. Brian is a joy to work with and truly goes above and beyond.
